They glide easily under delicate foods such as fried eggs, scallops or fine pastries and can be lifted and turned without the risk of breakage. The 1946 series includes kitchen utensils for every day, all well thought out and unique in their handling. Made of brushed 18/10 stainless steel and with a solid material thickness, they are indestructible and can cope with the rough and tumble of everyday catering with equal aplomb, just as they impress with their elegant design at the buffet and in the home. All parts of the series have been put to the test and their function optimised. The soup ladle and sauce ladle pour without dripping, the turner and spoon are strong and ergonomic and the slotted spoon has large, angular holes to ensure that liquids run off perfectly and without clogging.
