Product details

They feature hard blades made of stainless steel Aisi 420 (equivalent to DIN 1.4028) and impress with their long-lasting sharpness. The handles are made from specially treated wood, known as Polywood. This involves impregnating several layers of pine wood with resin and then pressing them firmly together. The durable handles are resistant to high temperatures, shockproof, and dishwasher safe.
