TFA View Breeze

The VIEW BREEZE wireless weather station with Wi-Fi enhances your local observation data with professional forecasts from an online weather service. The station features two outdoor sensors: a thermo-hygro sensor that monitors the outdoor temperature and humidity, and an anemometer that measures wind strength at the installation site. Data is transmitted to the base station over a range of up to 100 meters in open fields. An integrated electronic barometer measures air pressure, and the colorful weather display provides a forecast for the upcoming weather. You can also keep an eye on indoor temperature and humidity, allowing you to control the room climate through targeted heating and ventilation. Additionally, the VIEW BREEZE offers further information such as maximum and minimum values, the perceived "wind chill" temperature, the dew point, and alarm settings for multiple parameters, as well as a clock with the date and fully spelled-out day of the week. Up to four additional sensors, for example, for temperature and humidity control in a child's room or a pool sensor, can be displayed on the station. The high-contrast color display can be adjusted to three brightness levels and will automatically dim at night. All these functions are available without an internet connection, making the VIEW BREEZE usable as a fully functional "stand-alone" weather station. Integrating the weather station into the local Wi-Fi network is done through the free TFA VIEW app. Simply follow the instructions in the app. Once the station is connected to the internet, the display changes, and a small symbol indicates which information is now being provided by the online weather service. In addition to wind strength, the wind direction is displayed. Instead of a weather forecast based on air pressure changes, you will now receive a professional and continuously updated 12-hour forecast for your region.
