TFA Drop radio rain gauge

With the wireless rain gauge DROP, you will be informed about three values simultaneously: the amount of rainfall, the indoor temperature, and the time. The rain transmitter wirelessly sends the measurements to the base station in your living space, which you can either place on a surface or mount on the wall. The measuring container should be positioned horizontally outdoors, ideally at a height of about 60 to 90 cm, to catch the rain. However, ensure that the transmitter is located in an area that is not sheltered by trees or similar obstacles, allowing rain to fall in freely from all sides.

DROP also comes with additional great features: The history function allows you to compare the amount of rainfall with the monthly values from the previous year. The rainfall amount is also visually represented graphically. You can view different time periods, such as the rainfall of the last 24 hours, the last 7 days, and the total rainfall since the device was put into operation. The 24-hour rain alarm alerts you as soon as more rainfall occurs than the individually set threshold. If this threshold is exceeded, an audible signal sounds, and a symbol blinks on the display.
