Preserving in the 21st century?
Nowadays you don't necessarily need a separate pot just for preserving. You can use any ordinary pot or saucepan in your household with a diameter of 24 cm and turn it into a preserving pot in no time at all with our clever kit. Save money and space in your kitchen!
We present a unique preserving kit that includes a universal attachment, a steaming mat, a lid and a thermometer (the pot in the photo is for illustrative purposes only and is not included).
Converts your normal pot into a pressure cooker
The set includes a universal attachment that extends the pot or saucepan by 8 cm upwards. You can also easily preserve tall jars or several smaller jars on top of each other in the saucepan with the attachment fitted.
The steamer insert is equipped with fireproof silicone feet and protects the jars from the high temperature of the base of the pot.
The solid glass lid has a well-sealed silicone rim and a hole for the controlled release of steam, which makes it easy to maintain the optimum temperature when preserving.
An accurate and durable stainless steel preserving thermometer is embedded in the lid handle and indicates the temperature in the pot.
The optimum temperature for preserving, between 80 and 90 °C, is clearly marked on the thermometer with a green line.
Preserving jar with lid and thermometer
The materials used are high-quality, durable plastic, heat-resistant silicone and the thermometer is made of durable glass and stainless steel.
All parts except the lid with thermometer are dishwasher-safe. We grant you a first-class 3-year guarantee.
