What makes the HANDY X-sharp grater so special?
It has extremely sharp and durable blades made of high-quality stainless steel, which are ideal for preparing fine julienne noodles from carrots, celery, potatoes, white radishes, etc. For comfortable and safe grating, the blades are turned inwards in a "U" shape. This profile guides the hand in the right direction during grating. There is no need to "tap" the grater blades and the protective blade cover serves as a shelf when mounted on the back of the grater, which facilitates the transfer of grated food to the necessary location.
