It is dishwasher-safe (except for the Ingenio handle) and easy to clean. The removable handle makes it stackable and it is made in France. The cookware set uses the Thermo-Signal technology temperature indicator to show in dark red as soon as the pan is optimally preheated and the ideal frying temperature has been reached. Thanks to the Thermo-Fusion integral induction technology, even heat is generated in the base of the pan for optimum cooking results. To prolong the life of the pan, we recommend washing it by hand with a non-abrasive sponge. When cleaning in the dishwasher, it is preferable to use gentle cleaning agents such as liquid or gel.
