KAI Shun Premier Tim Mälzer TDM-1700, 9 cm Damascus steel blade

Perfect for smaller tasks such as chopping mushrooms, vegetables, and herbs, the tapered blade also makes it suitable for peeling fruit and vegetables.

This ultra-sharp and handy knife has a 9 cm blade made of 32-layer folded damask steel.

The hand-finished hammered surface prevents wet cuttings from sticking to the blade, and the knife is suitable for left- and right-handed use.

Robust and blade-friendly cutting board made of oak wood, made from the staves of old wine barrels, 25x15 cm, handmade in our own workshop.
