Fascinating appearance on the laid table: Francis Cayouette embraces the minimalist approach of Scandinavian design and creates, in a typically French calm manner, a modern dishware series that almost has an Asian feel. Instead of being lured by traditionally white gold, Francis Cayouette takes new paths for the Danish brand Stelton. The stoneware features a matte exterior reminiscent of cast iron, while the interior shines with a glaze for easier cleaning of the dishes. The sugar bowl presents itself in a classic, compact form, with the French designer opting for a round cylindrical shape topped with a loosely placed wooden lid. The lid has a recess that securely holds a sugar spoon without the need for the lid to be placed askew on the container.
