Care and use: Due to their properties, heat is distributed very efficiently in these pans, allowing most cooking processes to be carried out at low to medium temperature settings. Excessive heat can discolor and damage the cookware. Prolonged use at high temperatures may lead to a bronze tint. However, this does not affect the performance of the roaster and poses no risk.
