The brand Staub has its origins in France, specifically in Alsace. It represents the highest quality for excellent cooking pleasure. Each pot is unique and the result of a traditional manufacturing process.

The roasting pans are made of cast iron, which is particularly well-suited for slow cooking of food. It retains heat for a long time and gradually releases it. The matte black interior enamel is ideal for searing and is especially durable. Cast iron also retains cold very well, which means you can use the roasting pans for preparing cold desserts as well.
