Staub Oval Cocotte

As with all dust cocottes, the inside of the cocotte is coated with matt black enamel, which ensures good heat distribution and, in conjunction with the tightly closing lid, also saves energy during cooking. The lid has a special design that collects condensation and allows it to drip evenly over the food, and a silver button to lift the lid.
The oval shape is ideal for slow cooking of a whole duck or for preparing pork loin in cream sauce. Or be inspired by the name and colour and prepare a chicken with a few pieces of truffle under your skin.
