The large aluminum cast pan is perfect for searing and frying meat. It is also ideal for gently frying, such as pastries and breaded items, ensuring successful results. The flat edge makes flipping pancakes or omelets easy. The pan handle, wrapped in green silicone, and its lightweight design provide safe and comfortable handling.

The body of this aluminum cast pan, made in Denmark, is hand-cast and guarantees optimal heat distribution and retention. The 6 mm thick base is warp-resistant and designed to allow water droplets to escape between the pan and the stove.

The frying pan is equipped with a high-quality Biotan non-stick coating. In this flat pan, food can be cooked with very little fat while preserving nutrients. The desired frying temperature is quickly reached, positively impacting energy consumption. Biotan surfaces are resistant to scratches and cuts, extremely abrasion-resistant, and therefore particularly durable. Biotan pans are also commonly used in the gastronomy sector.

As a higher version of the flat frying pan, there are braising pans in the same series.
