The Vulcano Aluminium Mini Line from Spring matches the larger pans in this series in terms of material and craftsmanship. The mini model is perfect for sautéing a small portion of onions, roasting pine nuts, or frying an egg. The small pan is also handy when one person in the household eats meat while the other follows a vegetarian diet - a handful of bacon cubes fits perfectly inside. And when it comes to caramelized walnuts as a salad topping, everyone can agree. The mini pan is suitable for all types of stoves, including induction; please note the minimum diameter for pot detection on your induction stove. Spring offers a five-year warranty on the triple-layer non-stick coated pan.
