Awakened: Spring combines the traditional cooking art from One Thousand and One Nights with the advantages of contemporary cookware in this tagine. The name tagine refers both to the vessel, which originates from Morocco, and to the dish prepared within it. Originally made from clay, the modern version features an induction-compatible base made of enameled cast iron and a ceramic lid. You can sear lamb, chicken, sweet potatoes, and vegetables directly on the stove, add fragrant spices, and gently and energy-efficiently finish cooking the oriental delicacy with the lid on. The conical lid retains heat and the steam generated. Your ingredients braise in their own juices, preserving flavor and aroma. Material: enameled cast iron / ceramic.
