SodaStream CO2 cylinder exchange @Home

This product is no longer available. However, you can still purchase additional cylinders.

This is a service offered by SodaStream. Therefore, you can ignore the availability indicator. The process described below is valid:

1. Order a new cylinder exchange service via Galaxus by 11 AM.

2. On the day of your order, place your empty cylinder in your milk box. If the order is placed after 11 AM, you can put the cylinder in the milk box the next day.

3. Your empty cylinder will be promptly exchanged for a new, filled cylinder.

If you forget to place the empty cylinder in the milk box: If you forget to place the empty cylinder in the milk box during your busy workday, you won't be left without a cylinder. The new cylinder will still be placed in your milk box. We will receive a notification that the rental cylinder was not in the milk box and therefore could not be returned. We will charge you the price of a rental cylinder afterwards.

What to do with the additional cylinder: You can use the second cylinder as usual. The next time you order, simply order two new cylinders and have both refilled. This way, you will always have a backup cylinder and will always have gas available.
