The forging of the Salsiz knife takes place in the Emmental region, and the final finishing is done by hand at the Biel knife manufacturing workshop of sknife. The innovative, nitrided surgical steel has four times higher corrosion resistance and boasts a hardness of 58 HRC. With the Salsiz knife, you can effortlessly slice dried meat, sausage, and salami into paper-thin slices. The Salsiz knife fits perfectly in the hand thanks to its ergonomic design. Only stabilized Swiss walnut wood is used for the handle scales.
