sknife table knives are forged from surgical steel and have a hardness of 58 HRC. The beautifully shaped blade rests on the table without touching it.

The handle of the table knife is made from stabilised Swiss ash wood (FSC) and is water-repellent. Like all products in the sknife series, sknife table knives are made exclusively in Switzerland.
