This high cast iron braising pan can be used both on the stovetop and in the oven, making it ideal for searing and then baking. Meat and vegetables achieve an intense flavor when fried and braised in the Skeppshult cast iron pan. The high rim allows for the preparation of saucy recipes as well. The 28 cm braising pan is perfect for 3 to 4 people.

The stainless steel handle of the cast iron pan is suitable for use in the oven, on the stovetop, and even on the grill. The hollow stainless steel handle does not get hot during normal frying. When extended with a broom handle, the pan can also be used over an open fire, as the broom handle can be inserted into the hollow profile of the handle.
