Pour le dessert, vous souhaitez surprendre vos invités avec un entremets au design original ?
Voici le moule en silicone " Truffle Eclair75 " donnant un visuel de petites truffes au chocolat.
Ce kit contient également un emporte-pièce double en plastique afin de confectionner le biscuit du dessous et du dessus.
Lorsque votre préparation sera démoulée, il vous suffira de couler un glaçage miroir sur vos petites truffes et d'ensuite déposer le dessert sur le biscuit.
Le moule en silicone est adapté pour des températures allant de -60°C à +230°C et convient pour un nettoyage au lave-vaisselle.
Attention: l'emporte-pièce plastique ne va pas au four mais convient pour un nettoyage au lave-vaisselle.
