BBagastro is the product line from Sier Disposables made from 70% sugar beet pulp and 30% wood pulp. Sugar beet pulp, also known as bagasse, is particularly suitable for the hospitality industry, which is why the name Bagastro was a natural choice.
Eco Friendly
Bagasse is the residual waste from sugar production from sugar beets. Previously, this waste was simply burned. However, nowadays it is used for various purposes, including the production of disposables. This represents a sustainable change. Additionally, Bagastro products are biodegradable, creating an ecological and sustainable product range.
Form
Bagastro is a rich and natural material in terms of look and feel, allowing for the creation of unique shapes. Designer Mieke Cuppen has excelled in this regard. The starting point was that the shape must be stylish, simple, and practical to use. These three elements have been perfectly combined in the design. Thanks to this addition, the Bagastro product line is even more complete.
