The Santoku is a versatile knife that belongs in every kitchen. It is suitable for meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, herbs, and more. The Shogun Santoku M-139, featuring a noble, natural mahogany handle and an individually hammered finish on the blade, is a knife you'll want to hold onto. It is hand-forged in a Japanese workshop using traditional manufacturing methods from high-purity knife steel of the highest quality. The cutting edge made of V-Gold No. 1 is sandwiched between six layers of soft stainless steel. The blade is double-edged, rust-resistant, and has a very beautiful finish. The handle is made of fine mahogany wood and features a steel bolster. It comes packaged in a colorful gift box.
