Product details

The Santoku is an all-purpose knife that belongs in every kitchen. It is suitable for meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, herbs, and more. The Shogun Santoku M-106 is hand-forged in a Japanese workshop using traditional manufacturing methods from high-purity knife steel of the highest quality. The cutting core made of V-Gold No. 10 is sandwiched between 34 layers of soft stainless steel. The blade is double-edged, rust-resistant, and features a very beautiful finish. The black handle is made from half-black laminated wood with a steel bolster. It comes packaged in a colorful gift box.
