This silver professional chef's knife from the White Tiger series impresses with its hand-forged blade made of SG2 powder steel and 91 layers of Damascus steel, which is decorated with a luxurious Damascus pattern. The hardness of 64 HRC ensures exceptional cutting strength. The blade length is 20 cm, and the blade grind is precisely sharpened with an angle of 12° on each side. The ergonomic maple handle offers comfortable handling. The knife is dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning. It is supplied in a gift box.
