Product details

This Santoku knife features a blade made of high-quality 10Cr15Mov high carbon steel. It has an ultra-sharp 12° edge that is hand-forged and laminated in 5 layers to ensure high sharpness. With a hardness rating of HRC62, it offers long-lasting durability and sustained sharpness. A special anti-fingerprint coating protects the matte, scratch-resistant surface of the 18 cm long blade. The ergonomic handle made of Pakkawood provides a non-slip, comfortable grip. The knife is excellent for cutting meat, vegetables, and fish.
