The SHAN ZU 2-in-1 whetstone with grit 1000 and 6000 ht made of white corundum. With its wide range of uses, it effectively sharpens kitchen and chef's knives as well as a variety of other cutting tools such as fillet knives, sushi knives, garden shears and hunting knives. The bamboo base has a non-slip silicone layer for a firm stand. An included angle guide makes sharpening easier and protects fingers.
