Shan Zu Damascus knife

The chef's knife is suitable for cutting fish, meat, vegetables, and fruits. Including the steel core, the blade is made of a total of 67 layers of folded carbon steel, which form a unique pattern through the forging process. This makes the knife particularly tough, corrosion-resistant, and rust-resistant. The handle is made of matte fiberglass, which is more comfortable than a wooden handle and feels pleasant in the hand. The blade is 20 cm long and 2.2 mm thick, while the handle measures 13.5 cm in length. The cutting angle is 15°, and the knife weighs 270 g.
