Shan Zu Black Tortoise Genbu knife set

The 16-piece knife set from the Black Tortoise Genbu Series by SHAN ZU is inspired by the protective spirit symbolism of the black turtle, which represents protection and blessing in Japanese mythology. The manufacturing process, consisting of 32 stages, ensures exceptional sharpness of the blades made from Japanese stainless steel. The set includes various kitchen knives, including chef's, Santoku, bread, carving, filleting, universal, and vegetable knives, as well as six steak knives. The ensemble is complemented by a kitchen scissors, a knife sharpening rod, and a split knife block made of acacia wood.
