Freestanding Cooking Surface Sencor SCP 4001BK combines a ceramic cooktop and induction stove for even better and more efficient cooking – all thanks to the Sencor SCP 4001BK. For easy operation, the touch panel is also combined with a conventional knob. This stove stands for high efficiency, energy savings, and a reduction in cooking time of up to 50–60%. Induction technology saves up to 50% energy compared to conventional cooktops. This technology uses electromagnetic induction to generate heat directly in the heated pan. To be suitable for use on an induction stove, cookware must have a flat and even bottom and be made of a conductive magnetic metal – stainless steel, enamel, or cast iron. Cookware made of ceramic, glass, aluminum, porcelain, or copper will not work on an induction cooktop. The induction cooktop features a temperature regulation range of 60 to 240 degrees Celsius. Infrared Panel: We have added another panel to the induction technology – an infrared panel. This allows you to set the desired temperature level in the range of 50-500 degrees Celsius. Any cookware can be used on the infrared cooktop. We recommend using cookware with a flat bottom to ensure optimal heat transfer and maximum efficiency. First: Safety. The built-in safety mechanism and non-slip feet guarantee the safe use of the device. For safety reasons, the induction cooktop automatically turns off after two hours of operation if no button on the control panel is pressed. If you use the timer function, the device will automatically turn off after the set time.
