The SekiRyu SR600 kitchen knife set, consisting of a Santoku and a Nakiri knife, represents Japanese craftsmanship from the renowned cutlery town of Seki. Both knives have stainless steel blades - that of the Santoku knife measures 17.5 cm, while that of the Nakiri blade is 16.5 cm long. They offer a harmonious combination of aesthetics and ergonomics thanks to their real wood handles and plastic edging. With the Santoku knife and its wide range of uses for vegetables, fish and meat and the Nakiri knife, which is specially dedicated to the precise cutting of vegetables, SekiRyu presents two essential tools for the multifaceted kitchen.
