The asymmetrical circular knitting needle is an original product from Seeknit, developed in 2010 to simplify knitting tubes with a small diameter, such as socks. One of the needles is one centimeter shorter than the other, which makes a significant difference in knitting comfort.
The exclusive original 23 cm asymmetrical circular knitting needles were designed for use with sock yarn and are available in sizes ranging from 2.00 mm to 6.00 mm. Asymmetrical circular knitting needles have one short and one long needle. The stitches are placed on the short needle, and the long needle is used for knitting. Since the moving needle is longer, it fits better in the hand and is suitable for small round projects like socks. The metal parts are made of brass and are nickel-free.
