A 'Bûche' silicone mould (25 cm) that you can use to create your own tree trunk to make a personalised Christmas dessert worthy of a great confectioner.
This mould is made of 100% platinum silicone material in professional quality and is suitable for contact with food. Thanks to the special non-stick coating, the mould can be removed quickly and easily. The colour is gold.
This mould is fridge, freezer, microwave and oven safe. It is heat-resistant (from -20°C to + 230°C), so baking is guaranteed to be a success. Can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
With an easy-to-prepare recipe for a chocolate, pear and caramel bûche (QR code to scan on the product packaging). Amaze and spoil your guests with a beautiful and delicious stollen for your Christmas Eve or Boxing Day meal.
Wash the mould before the first use and after each use with warm water without detergent or in the dishwasher.
