A silicone mould for a book insert (25 cm) with which you can design your book insert to create an individual Christmas dessert worthy of a great confectioner.
This mould is made of 100% platinum silicone in professional quality and is suitable for contact with food. Thanks to the special non-stick coating, the mould can be quickly and easily removed from the mould. Dimensions of the mould: L25 x W3.5 x H 3.3 cm. Colour: gold-coloured.
This mould is fridge, freezer, microwave and oven safe. It is heat-resistant (from -20°C to + 230°C) to guarantee successful baking. Can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
With an easy-to-prepare recipe for a chocolate, pear and caramel bûche (QR code to scan on the product packaging). Amaze and spoil your guests with a beautiful and delicious stollen for your Christmas Eve or Boxing Day meal.
Wash the mould before the first use and after each use with warm water without detergent or in the dishwasher.
