A special feature of the Güde Tomato Knife is the handle made from oak wood sourced from over 80-year-old wine barrels. Due to the long maturation period of the wood, the handle is nearly indestructible and gives the knife an elegant and natural look. The rivets are made of stainless steel, while the palm rivet in the center is made of non-stainless aluminum.
