Unlike Teflon pans, it can handle metal utensils, dishwashers, and high heat without any issues. The frying pan features a five-layer body that extends to the edges, made from steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. This design ensures excellent and even heat conductivity, as well as complete compatibility with induction cooktops.

Temperature control is important for use. The stainless steel pan browns at significantly lower temperatures than coated pans, so it is essential to lower frying temperatures to avoid burning and sticking to the bottom.
