Unlike Teflon pans, it can handle metal utensils, is dishwasher safe, and can withstand high temperatures without any issues. The frying pan features a five-layer body that extends to the edges and is made from steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. This design ensures excellent and even heat conductivity as well as complete compatibility with induction cooktops.

Temperature control is important for use. The stainless steel pan browns at significantly lower temperatures than coated pans, so it is essential to reduce frying temperatures to avoid burning and sticking to the bottom.
