With the Tosca model, cold food at the serving station or buffet is a thing of the past. Thanks to the warming lamp, you no longer have to deal with hot water at the buffet or use gel fuel for a bain-marie. Simply place the warming lamp where you want it, and you're ready to go. The Tosca model is height-adjustable, ensuring that even larger trays have enough space under the warming lamp. It accommodates containers sized 1/2 GN or 2/3 GN. The buffet lamp or warming lamp from Saro is equipped with two infrared lamps in white.
