The Bain Marie is used for keeping food warm or heating it up, as well as for whipping delicate sauces with a drain tap. It accommodates 2 x 1/1 or 4 x 1/2 or 6 x 1/3 GN containers. GN container depth up to 150 mm. Seamless upper edge, deep-drawn inner container, adjustable thermostat, and indicator light. Patented heating system, low consumption, and long lifespan.
