It is also suitable for handling other small products, such as thinly and precisely slicing sausage or cheese. The ergonomic steel handle, perfectly balanced with the blade, ensures complete control of the process. The special shape prevents the knife from slipping or twisting in the hand, protecting the palms from contact with food. This knife has excellent cutting properties.
