The professional 20 cm chef's knife is a multifunctional European kitchen knife designed for most tasks in the kitchen. Among other things, it is also the key element of the largely irreplaceable chef's trio.

With its wide, solid blade that tapers towards the tip, this knife has a cutting length that is just right for manipulation and is excellent for slicing and chopping ingredients. The blade is made of single-layer steel with a hardness of 59 HRC and is corrosion-resistant and chemically neutral.
