No stains with proper pre-treatment: Before garnishing the slate platters with food, you should lightly rub the surfaces with a cooking oil. This prevents unsightly stains. Repeat the process after several uses to maintain the structure and quality.

Almost pure nature: The coasters made of natural slate have already been glazed and thus pre-treated. This gives unsightly stains on the platters no chance.
