RS folded standard filter panels. The RS folded filter panels are renewable filters with high capacity that allow for a filtration level above the basic level or pre-filtration in HVAC systems. This product is made from the patented Kimberly Clark Intrepid® filter medium, which enables consistent filtration throughout its service life. These folded standard filters are constructed by gluing a pleat pack of the filter medium into an AquaKote® frame. The AquaKote® card has superior tear resistance when wet and excellent tear resistance when dry. Additionally, it is made from a renewable material. The Kimberly Clark filter medium features a graded density for uniform dirt capture, resulting in higher dust holding capacity and thus longer service life. This filter medium is water-repellent and, due to its special electrostatic charge, provides consistent filtration performance, a superior ratio of efficiency to particle size, and low pressure drop, and it is made from continuous fibers that do not shed.
