Royal Catering RCDA-800/23S

The powerful dehydrator from Royal Catering allows you to create healthy, dried delicacies in your restaurant, bar, or even at home. With a power of 945 W, the heating element of the dehydrator quickly reaches the desired temperature of 30 - 90 °C. The temperature and timer settings are intuitive and user-friendly, controlled via knobs on the top of the device. The drying process can be monitored and adjusted over a period of 0 - 15 hours using these knobs.

In the large drying chamber, the 8 removable stainless steel drying trays provide ample space to dehydrate a large quantity of food simultaneously. The heat in the drying chamber is evenly distributed throughout the interior of the dehydrator. Thus, the stainless steel dehydrator is also suitable for refreshing food. The chamber, as well as the housing and trays, is made of stainless steel, making it very easy to clean and extremely durable. The front made of tempered glass allows you to check on the drying process at any time without opening the door.
