Royal Catering RCDA-1000/59S

The powerful dehydrator from Royal Catering's catering supplies ensures that the desired temperature for the drying process is reached as quickly as possible, thanks to its 1,000 W performance, and is maintained consistently with the temperature control system. The temperature range of the dehydrator can be set between 40 and 90 °C.

The temperature and timer settings are intuitive and user-friendly, controlled via knobs on the top of the device. The drying process can be monitored and adjusted over a period of 0 to 15 hours using these knobs. Additionally, there is a guide on the front with temperatures and times for optimal results.

In the large drying chamber, the ten removable drying trays made of stainless steel provide ample space to dehydrate a large quantity of food simultaneously. The heat in the drying chamber is evenly distributed inside the device by the integrated fan, making it suitable for refreshing food as well.

The chamber, as well as the housing and inserts, are made of stainless steel, making it very easy to clean and extremely durable.
