Product details

The hot display case RCHT-850 is designed to showcase warm and fresh dishes. Its rectangular design provides space for various meals and allows for a clear view of the display through the overhead light. The case is made of stainless steel and surrounded by glass walls, featuring a glass door at the front for easy access. Inside, a stainless steel frame with three shelves offers ample space for food. The powerful 850-watt heating element precisely warms the interior up to 85 °C, with the temperature easily adjustable via a rotary knob. A digital display shows the current temperature, while a water tray provides gentle humidity to prevent food from drying out. A removable drip tray in the housing makes cleaning easy. Each shelf measures 29 x 30 x 3 cm.
