You can set the desired temperature from 50 to 300 °C using the handy rotary thermostat. Thanks to an output of 3500 W, the appliance quickly reaches the set temperature. Use the toggle switch to start the appliance and select the desired direction of rotation of the wooden rollers: clockwise or anti-clockwise. A drip tray and 16 baking rollers in 2 different sizes are included in the scope of delivery. The elongated baking rollers create the classic shape. With the conical baking rollers, you can bake Baumstriezel, which are tapered at the bottom. This gives them the shape of an ice-cream cone.
