This tea cup showcases Rosenthal's attention to detail and exquisite craftsmanship. The new collection, Rosenthal Stripes 2.0, is a true homage to Walter Gropius. In 2019, Rosenthal revisits the TAC Gropius decor and reinterprets it with a striped pattern. The fine lines on the porcelain are a mix of matte and glossy finishes, following a mix-and-match principle. The white porcelain is complemented by individual red glass plates, giving the tableware a fresh and modern touch. The red accents are a real eye-catcher on a set table, and the red serving pieces can also be paired with the already well-known TAC Gropius. A standout feature of this new series is the incorporation of color and facade elements. There are plates with a very coarse texture that are reminiscent of the porcelain factory designed by Walter Gropius at Rothbühl. In contrast to the coarse plates, there are also plates and bowls made of platinum that shine beautifully and have a very elegant and minimalist appearance. Overall, this service is a successful reinterpretation of the TAC Gropius. Care instructions: TAC Stripes 2.0 is a high-quality decor. The service should definitely be hand-washed. High-quality colors and artistic designs require avoiding the dishwasher.
