The Römertopf bread and cake baking dish is elongated and suitable for baking a loaf of up to 500 g. The bread is optimally moistened by soaking it, which is covered by a dome, ensuring it stays juicy, aromatic, and fresh for a long time. Cleaning is easy, either by hand or in the dishwasher.

Note:
The Römertopf is made of clay and is temperature-resistant up to 180 °C in convection mode and up to 220 °C in top and bottom heat. For optimal use, the Römertopf should be soaked for about 10 minutes before each use to fill the clay pores. It should never be placed on the stovetop or gas flame and is glazed on the inside for easy cleaning.
