The manual all-purpose slicer amano 5 features high material integrity, is predominantly made of robust metal, and fits seamlessly into any home thanks to its timeless design. It operates with a smooth hand crank featuring a particularly high-quality beech wood handle, thus requiring no electricity at all. This makes it usable anywhere and at any time.

To improve the handling of large, hard cutting materials during the slicing process, the amano 5 includes a cutting material guide rail. The advantage of this is that the freshly sliced material does not interfere with or block the subsequent cranking process. The cutting material is directed past the crank and lands on the designated bamboo board. This board fits perfectly into the designated grooves directly beneath the slicer, can be pulled out, and used as a rustic serving platter or cutting board.

Amano 5 is equipped with four suction feet that ensure a particularly secure, non-slip stand. You only need to press the device slightly onto the surface of the desired workspace, and the silicone feet will grip firmly. The cut thickness can be adjusted continuously up to approximately 20 mm, and the cutting material carriage made of stainless steel can be easily removed.
