Product details

This roasting pan is particularly suitable for preparing roasts, quiches, and flat cakes; in short, for almost anything that needs to be roasted, baked, or braised in the oven. It is made of sturdy black enamel. The edge is gently curved – known as a rolled edge in enamel terminology – where the metal is bent to create a round and stable rim. The pan is primarily used in the oven. It is available in the following sizes: Low - 42 x 33 x 4.5 cm, High - 42 x 33 x 7 cm, Mini - 22 x 22 x 7.5 cm.
